The Products for which the Purchase Order has been accepted by Roberto Coin shall be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Purchase Order. The Products shall not in any case be delivered by Roberto Coin until payment for the Products has been received in full.
The orders placed on Saturdays and/or Sundays and/or during holidays shall be processed as of the first subsequent business day. Products shall be shipped from Tuesday to Friday 10:00-13:00. Purchase Orders placed separately shall be processed separately. All Products shall be shipped via armoured courier or express courier. The delivery time is only estimated and shall not be in any way binding for Roberto Coin. The delivery time may vary depending on the order made (for instance depending on whether the Product is available or otherwise) or due to other reasons attributable to the courier company. In any case, the Products shall be delivered to the Customer at the latest within thirty days as of the first day following the date on which the Customer placed the Purchase Order.
Shipping costs shall be borne by Roberto Coin. The Customer may verify the status of its Purchase Order by contacting Roberto Coin at +39 0444 202 250, Monday to Friday 10:00-17:00, or by sending an e-mail to [email protected] indicating name, surname and the Purchase Order number provided in the Order Confirmation e-mail. Each delivery shall be deemed completed as of when the carrier makes the Products available to the Customer.
Roberto Coin wishes to inform new Customers that it reserves the right to obtain information as to the solvency of each new Customer before shipping the Products. Such check may cause a delay in the processing of the first Purchase Order.
Upon delivery of the Products, Customers are required to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. Since the Products are carefully packed in sealed envelopes, if the package appears to have been tampered with, Customers are required to either sign the receipt for acceptance subject to verification or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with a non-authorised signature or should the package show signs of tampering, Customers are required to immediately report the incident to Roberto Coin, either by phone at +39 0444 202 250 or by e-mail at [email protected].
If, for any reason, the Products ordered are not successfully delivered to the address indicated by the Customer, the courier shall contact the Customer the following day to arrange a new delivery date. The Products to be shipped are insured by Roberto Coin against theft and accidental damage until delivery to the Customer.
